Stoney Stanton - About

Stoney Stanton is a large village in the Blaby district of Leicestershire. This pretty village is located approximately five miles east of Hinckley and ten miles from the county City of Leicester.

Closer to home, Stoney Stanton is well served by local shops, having a post office, hardware shop, hairdressers and opticians, as well as grocery stores and butchers. There is also a public library on the small St. Michael's Court shopping area.

For families with children, the village has a local church school, known as Manorfield Primary School, which has around 400 pupils attending.

Travelling to and from Stoney Stanton is easy, as it is situated just off the M69 with easy access to other major motorway routes and cities, including Birmingham and Coventry.
