The Discount Market scheme* is available on selected homes and selected developments to provide new homes for sale at a discounted price. The eligibility for these homes are set locally, and purchasers must meet set criteria in order to qualify.

A limited number of 2 bedroom homes are available under the Discount Market scheme at our Station Lane development in Asfordby. These are available subject to the following criteria:
1. Local Connection Criteria;
Means a person who has a local connection to the Borough of Melton by virtue of;
(i) Residence in the Borough of Melton for at least a 12-month period prior to application; or 3 years out of the last 5 years
(ii) Is permanently employed within the Borough of Melton
(iii) At least one member of the household has a close family relative (parent, sibling, child, aunt, uncle , grandparent, including half and step) resident within the Borough of Melton
2. Income
Joint annual income must not exceed £80,000.
3. Must be the purchasers Principal Place of Residence
4. Sub-letting not permitted
5. Discount will be applied in perpetuity for future sales (controlled through restriction on title)
