How does Part Exchange work?
1. Choose your new home
Choose a property at one of our new build developments in the East Midlands. The house must either be a “stock” property or completed within eight weeks. It should also be valued at least £60,000 more than your current home.
2. Check your eligibility
Check if your current property meets the Part Exchange criteria. Our on-site sales advisors can assist you with this and will forward your details to our head office sales department.
3. Get a valuation
As part of our new build Part Exchange service, we will have an independent estate agent value your home.
4. Receive an offer
After the valuation, we will then contact you with an offer for your property, subject to standard searches. If you’re happy with the offer, simply pay the normal reservation fee to secure your new home, then exchange contracts within our standard six-week reservation period.
