How does Part Exchange work?
Choose your new home
Choose a new home at one of our developments. This will either need to be a “stock” property or will be completed within eight weeks. The home must be at least a minimum of £60,000 more than the property you are selling.
Check if you qualify
See if your home fits the Part Exchange criteria. Our on-site sales advisers will be able to assist you with regard to our criteria and forward your details to our head office sales department.
Get a valuation
As part of our Jelson Homes Part Exchange service, our dedicated staff will arrange a comprehensive valuation of your home, conducted by an independent estate agent.
Get an offer
We will then contact you and make you an offer for your home, subject to all searches. If you are happy with the offer, you can pay the normal reservation fee to reserve your new home, and exchange contracts within our normal six-week reservation period.
