In order to ensure the safety of our visitors and our team members, and to comply with Government guidelines, if you want to visit one of our sales offices you must pre-book an appointment by calling the development directly or our head office sales department on 0116 266 1541.
Before you arrive there are three simple steps you can follow to make sure that you get the maximum benefit from your visit:
1. If possible, please identify a particular plot of interest. There’s lots of information on our website that can guide you, for example, virtual tours, floor plans and site plans.
2. Do you have a house to sell before you can move? If so, is it on the market already?
3. If you require a mortgage, have you spoken to a financial adviser and do you have an offer of a mortgage in principle? If not, you can call Meridian Mortgages on 0116 272 0083 (open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm & Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm). Be sure to quote 'Jelson Homes' and you won't be charged a penny in fees for your initial discussion and advice.
Our sales adviser may call you prior to your appointment to discuss these points in order to ensure that your visit goes smoothly and you can move up to your new Jelson home as easily as possible.
When booking an appointment we will also ask if you, or anyone in your household, is isolating/self-isolating due to having symptoms of Covid-19 and whether they, or you, have the recent onset of a new continuous cough and/or high temperature. We will also confirm your full contact details and your availability to visit the development.
Please ensure that you arrive at the development at the appointed time. Upon arrival please wait to be invited in to the sales office, where one of our team will welcome you and provide details of the safety procedures that must be observed throughout the visit.
Please note that there is a limit of up to two visitors per appointment. Two-meter social distancing will always be implemented during the visit and, to protect visitors and staff, you will always be asked to use hand sanitiser and wear gloves during the visit.
Unfortunately, anyone who does not comply with our safety procedures will be asked to leave the development.
Please note that no brochures or leaflets will be available at the sales center. Please either visit our website for all relevant information or you can request that it is sent to you digitally from our head office.
