We're excited to announce the reopening of the Jelson Apprenticeship Scheme this year! After a two-year hiatus, we're thrilled to offer this opportunity to help shape the future of our workforce.
Construction is a fantastic field for a hands-on career with plenty of growth and adventure. As an apprentice, you'll be learning valuable skills that can take you far – Getting an apprenticeship within construction and at Jelson is a chance for you to step into a career that gets you out in the field, building real things that last. The construction world is full of opportunities, whether you are looking to become a skilled tradesperson or even run your own business one day. It's a job you can be proud of, and one that offers a future with plenty of chances to grow.
The apprenticeship program combines study with a recognised training provider alongside hands-on work experience. From day one, you'll gain practical experience while working under supervision within the Jelson group of companies, allowing you to "earn while you learn”.
Throughout the apprenticeship, we expect a high level of commitment from all of our apprentices. The training will be challenging at times, but we believe the rewards of new skills and a brighter career prospect are definitely worth the effort that you put in.
If you are successful with your on and off site learning you then put yourself in a good position for continuing your career with the company.
