The New Homes Ombudsman Service (NHOS) is a free and independent organisation designed to resolve disputes between homeowners and developers. If you’ve encountered problems with your new build home or experienced unresolved issues with a developer, the NHOS is here to help.
By reviewing all available evidence, the NHOS ensures fair outcomes for both homeowners and developers, allowing all parties to move forward confidently.
