Assisted Move scheme

Looking to buy a new Jelson home but worried about selling your current one? Our Assisted Move scheme can help! This buying scheme helps you find a buyer quickly and efficiently, so you can move into your new home sooner.

How does Assisted Move work?

  • We will arrange for one or more estate agents to value your current house and agree on a competitive selling price to get it sold quickly.

  • We’ll instruct a chosen estate agent to professionally market your property and manage all enquiries and viewings on your behalf.

  • Once a buyer is found for your existing home, you can reserve your new Jelson home with peace of mind.

  • Upon legal completion of both sales, we’ll pay the estate agent fees associated with selling your current property.

Assisted Move is available on selected plots only, subject to contract and eligibility criteria. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse to agree to Assisted Move. Offer not in conjunction with any other offer. To take advantage of Assisted Move you must claim before reserving a home from us and before any other discount is applied. Assisted Move may be withdrawn at any time prior to reservation. We may continue to market your chosen plot that you wish to purchase, and we reserve the right to take a reservation on this plot from someone else before the sale of your current home is agreed. If your chosen plot is no longer available, an alternative plot may be offered, but there is no obligation on either party to proceed with Assisted Move. Should we secure a buyer for your current home on your behalf and you do not proceed to purchase a new home from us, you may be liable to pay all Estate Agent fees related to your current home. Not applicable to second homeowners or investor purchasers.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
