Discount Market Scheme

The Discount Market scheme is available on selected homes and selected developments to provide new homes for sale at a discounted price. The eligibility for these homes are set locally, and purchasers must meet set criteria in order to qualify.

The Discount Market Scheme is available at:

Normandy Fields, Hinckley

A limited number of 2 and 3 bedroom homes are available under the Discount Market scheme at our Normandy Fields development in Hinckley. These are available subject to the following criteria:

  • Income
    Joint annual income must not exceed £80,000.
  • Must be the purchasers Principal Place of Residence
  • Sub-letting not permitted
  • Discount will be applied in perpetuity for future sales (controlled through restriction on title)

Barrowby Place, Grantham

All eligible homes currently reserved.

A limited number of 2 and 3 bedroom homes are available under the Discount Market scheme at our Barrowby Place development in Grantham. These are available subject to the following criteria:

  • Local Connection Criteria;
    Means a person who has a local connection to the District of South Kesteven by virtue of;
    • Having resided in the District of South Kesteven for at least a 12-month period prior to application; or 5 years out of the last 10 years
    • Is permanently employed within the District of South Kesteven
    • At least one member of the household has a close family relative (parent, sibling, child) resident within the District of South Kesteven
    • OR if no such person can be identified then a person who has lived in the District of South Kesteven for at least the preceding 12 months or who has a strong local connection with the said District either by employment or a direct family connection (mother, father, brother, sister, son, or daughter) or is registered on the waiting list of a Registered Provider approved by the District Council
  • Income
    Joint annual income must not exceed £80,000.
  • Must be the purchasers Principal Place of Residence
  • Sub-letting not permitted
  • Discount will be applied in perpetuity for future sales (controlled through restriction on title)
