We couldn't rate our personal experience with Jelson higher. When we reserved we were made aware we had to complete within a certain time frame however we did go over this and through keeping sales updated this wasn't a problem.
Sales team have always been extremely friendly and professional we have dealt with Kate and Julie. A few days before we moved we noticed carpet had been laid by mistake where we didn't want it, by moving day this had all been rectified.
Over the past 2 days we have had the maintenance team round to complete our snags from our 6 month review. They actually went above and beyond, sorting little bits and pieces we hadn't noticed ourselves. That being said our list wasn't extensive just movement cracks as to be expected. Our house honestly feels brand new again.

When I compare this to other builders I’ve brought from previously, a Jelson home is top quality, there were only a few minor issues which got repaired soon after I reported.
