How do I book a visit to a show home or sales office?

  • Browse our available new build developments, house types, and available plots on our website. You will also find floor plans, site plans and, depending on the house type, you may also find virtual tours, to help narrow down exactly what you’re looking for.
  • Book an appointment by calling your chosen new build development directly or by calling our head office sales team on 0116 266 1541.
  • To confirm your appointment, you will need to provide your full contact information and preferred date and time for your visit.

What should I expect during the appointment?

When you arrive, a member of our sales team will welcome you and invite you into the sales office. You’ll then go through any questions you have and what to expect during your visit.

You’ll then take a tour of our available show home. This is a good opportunity to experience the Jelson Homes quality for yourself and learn more about our options and upgrades. For more tips on how to make the most out of your show home visit, check out our latest blog.

What should I bring with me?

To get the most out of your visit, we recommend:

  • Sharing any mortgage requirements with our team. We can also provide a range of helpful resources if needed. 
  • Letting our team know if you are selling your existing home. If applicable, they can give you more information on our new home buying schemes, like Part Exchange* and Assisted Move* to make the process easier.
