Coffee morning open-day success

Jelson’s latest development to open in Stoney Stanton ‘Mayfield’ has recently hosted its first coffee morning for local residents to see inside the show home and have a look around the stunning garden.

Throughout the day, more than 40 locals turned out to see the beautiful décor of the three-bedroom Linnet property and speak directly to Jelson’s sales team about the properties available.

Jackie Woodward, sales manager for Jelson Homes, comments: “We knew that there was a lot of interest in the properties we were building, and we thought that it was fitting to welcome people through our brand-new front door and let them know we were back in Stoney Stanton.

“We’re pleased that so many people turned out for the occasion and thankfully the weather was very kind to us that day.”

Sales have been strong since day one of going on sale and currently remaining on this first phase is a good selection of three-bedroom semi-detached homes which start from £184,950-£204,950, with further new releases coming soon.
