Trust Jelson to make the moving easier

Interior of a house at the Leys

If your old house is bursting at the seams thanks to a growing family, or you simply feel the need for a bit more space in which to relax and enjoy life to the full, a brand new three- or four-bedroom detached Jelson home at The Leys, Anstey, could be just what you’re looking for. And to make moving even easier, Jelson is offering its renowned part-exchange plan* on selected properties at this popular development (see jelson.co.uk/part-exchange for more details).

Kate Horton-Walker, Jelson’s sales manager, explains:

“Our part-exchange scheme ensures you have no estate agent's fees to pay and gives you a guaranteed purchaser for your old property. Your move is made without the stress of trying to sell your existing home. No chains are involved and we will guide you through the buying and selling process. After all, we have operated our part exchange scheme for many years and our customers have been delighted with the benefits.”

Spoilt for choice

There are three different designs of three-bedroom detached and no fewer than four styles of four-bedroom detached to choose from at The Leys, so whatever your requirements and preferences, you’re sure to find your dream home here.

All detached homes at The Leys have an abundance of well-designed living space and feature downstairs cloakrooms and en-suite shower rooms to the master bedroom – some of the larger designs also boast an en suite to bedroom two, family-sized dining kitchen, utility room and study.

Prices for the detached homes range from just £289,950 for the entry-point three-bedroom property, to £414,950 for the top-of-the-range four-bedroom design. Some properties are available for immediate occupation.

Built the right way

All Jelson homes are built the traditional way, by time-served craftsmen using brick and block construction with solid internal walls – even upstairs, giving better sound-proofing as well as something secure to fix to.

Roof, wall and floor insulation are all to the latest standards and combine with high-spec heating systems for lower fuel bills. Energy-efficient, double-glazed windows and patio doors are made in Jelson’s own workshop, all individually measured and tailor-made for each house design. Kitchens and staircases are also manufactured in-house to Jelson’s exacting requirements.

Carpets and floor coverings fitted as standard, as are turfed and fenced rear gardens, meaning that your new Jelson home really is ready for you to move in to.
